Job Summary: The Mid-Junior Data Operations Analyst supports the execution of data stewardship and enablement initiatives by working closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams and assisting on key activities that will fulfill the data management and sharing agreements with data suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Execution & Delivery Work with data owners representatives for sourcing data defined as key in delivering data products – data dictionary review, business rules definitions, system/platform Ensure fulfillment and sign off of contractual agreements with data suppliers (DMA, MOU, Service Agreements, Term Sheet) Support data products in defining data sets that meet initiative requirements. Define overall delivery activities and schedules and oversee implementation Data Quality & Optimization Contribute to continuous improvement of data integration processes. Operational Support Maintain documentation of data: data dictionary, sources, lineage, business rules and transformation logic. Assist in metadata management and cataloging activities. Support automation efforts by identifying repetitive tasks and proposing solutions. Fulfill data product billing and settlement workflows. Evaluate data access requests and facilitate access credential once approved by Data Stewardship & Enablement Head. Stakeholder Collaboration Coordinate with data suppliers and internal teams to resolve operational issues. Provide data support to product and analytics teams for new features or reports. Escalate risks and blockers to senior analysts or managers. Qualifications: Solid understanding of data domains and their relevance within various business contexts Knowledge in Data Access Management, SQL, ETL and data pipeline knowledge Awareness on Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Privacy Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Strong analytical thinker, attention to detail and effective communication skills Collaborative team player with the ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders Senior Data Analyst: Receives guidance and escalates complex issues Data Engineering: Provides data pipeline agreements with data suppliers, supports pipeline maintenance and data flow troubleshooting Data Governance: Assists in applying governance rules and maintaining compliance Product & Analytics Teams: Provides validated data for reporting and feature development Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field Preferred Skill/s: 1–2 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or data management Job Details: Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology and Other Industries: Data Infrastructure and Analytics #J-18808-Ljbffr
