As a Data Analyst for Credit Operations , will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Retail Credit Operations Division. You will be responsible for the creation of reports, providing data-driven insights, process optimization, and managing different business initiatives. Responsibilities Creation and maintenance of dashboard/MIS reports used by Retail Credit Operations Division. Keep track of business targets and productivity of the core operation teams. Collaborate with different teams within the division to identify and support their analytical needs. Identify process gaps and potential improvement in the current process that will bring positive value to the business. End to end management of strategic projects initiated by the department and perform post monitoring to ensure that the projected business impact is met. Qualifications With relevant experience in data analytics and capable of generating data-driven insights. Must have knowledge of different programming languages and ETL tools such as SQL/AWS/SAS/Python/R. With expertise on optimizing processes that generates positive value to the business Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with different key stakeholders.
