Responsibilities
- Sales and Account Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Sales and Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent growth and high levels of customer retention.
- Sales and Account Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the office and home furniture market.
- Sales and Account Management: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for client queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Market Research and Analysis: Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and preferences.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Monitor sales metrics and analyze sales performance data.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other department to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or any business-related or Engineering, Architectural courses
- With at least one (3) years sales experience in System Office & Modular cabinets and Kitchen Furniture, Door Lock Set or any related industry.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficient using Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and other Project Applications system
- Knowledgeable in furniture product applications
- Highly articulate both in verbal and written communications
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts
- Must be detail-oriented
- Highly adaptable to work in a dynamic environment and a team player
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
- With advanced selling skills
- Highly competitive and self-motivated ; Candidate must possess the ability to balance his/her needs with the needs of the company
