Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for client queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Market Research and Analysis: Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and preferences. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Monitor sales metrics and analyze sales performance data. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other department to ensure cohesive strategies. Collaboration and Coordination: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or any business-related or Engineering, Architectural courses With at least one (3) years sales experience in System Office & Modular cabinets and Kitchen Furniture, Door Lock Set or any related industry. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Computer proficient using Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and other Project Applications system Knowledgeable in furniture product applications Highly articulate both in verbal and written communications Ability to work with mathematical concepts Must be detail-oriented Highly adaptable to work in a dynamic environment and a team player Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills With advanced selling skills Highly competitive and self-motivated ; Candidate must possess the ability to balance his/her needs with the needs of the company The attractive commission, incentive, and other benefits await the qualified candidates.
