Overview
The Sales / Account Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across the company’s product lines, which include office and home furniture, door locksets, and HVAC systems. This role involves identifying client needs, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and coordinating closely with technical, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients—architects, contractors, business owners, designers, and end-users.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Coordination with sales support team for sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to each product category (furniture, door hardware, HVAC).
- Coordinate with design teams, sales coordinators, and technical departments to finalize layouts, specs, and timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor project progress, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues in coordination with after-sales and operations teams.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and client interactions using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
- Represent the company at trade shows, client events, and industry-related networking activities.
- Field WORK.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in furniture, building materials, HVAC, or construction-related industries.
- Knowledgeable in product specifications for furniture systems, door locksets, and HVAC components.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and proactive in addressing client concerns.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel to client sites and project locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP platforms is an advantage.
