Job Description Responsibilities
  • The account manager serves as the bridge between the company and its clients, primarily responsible for promptly and effectively addressing customer needs and concerns to foster strong relationships.
  • Recognizing and addressing customer requirements by providing informed product insights and facilitating product or service sales.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with current clients while actively seeking new prospects through networking events and community outreach initiatives.
  • Engaging with customers by providing product details, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns or issues.
  • Promoting additional products or services by recommending complementary items to boost sales.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction during store interactions.
  • Regularly liaising with store managers to ensure all customer needs are met.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as generating reports, maintaining records, and managing employee paperwork.
  • Initiating new accounts for prospective customers and finalizing accounts for terminated customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in retail account management and customer service.
  • Preferably with exposure to handling fragrances, chemicals, and raw materials for the cosmetics or personal care industry
  • With strong communication and negotiation skills
