The Sales and Marketing team is responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and strengthening the brand presence of Ditucalan Merchandising OPC and its five brands. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market reach. Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies across all brands to meet revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, retail, and traditional) to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and guide sales teams to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
  • Oversee branding, promotions, and product positioning to ensure consistency across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to align demand and supply.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors .
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance analyses to management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field .
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail, distribution, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools , CRM, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
