Executive Recruiter at Nezda Global | Build Your Career With Us About the Role As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Lead, you’ll design and develop business‑critical systems, partner with client stakeholders, and lead a team of developers to deliver high‑quality solutions. This is a hands‑on role where both your technical depth and leadership will shine. Key Responsibilities Design and develop CRM systems to support business and technical requirements. Work directly with stakeholders to analyze requirements and define functional specifications. Own and deliver software enhancements, defect fixes, and feature integrations in Dynamics 365. Drive solution design, development, and testing across multiple technologies. Lead and mentor developers, including managing offshore teams. Collaborate in Agile environments to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery. Identify design challenges and propose user‑centric, elegant solutions. Must‑Have Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services and SOA architecture. Experience with SSRS and CRM reporting. Strong exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps). Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM integrations and Azure tools. Excellent communication skills and client‑facing experience. Ability to lead teams and coordinate offshore development efforts. Good‑to‑Have Microsoft Dynamics CE certification. Experience integrating Dynamics with .NET applications. Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC, SSIS, SSRS, SharePoint, XML, HTML5. Strong object‑oriented programming foundation.
