Job Description Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with new and existing merchants. Plan and co-create campaigns according to company strategy, working with both internal and external shareholders. Work cross functionally internally (eg Risks, Product, Support, Customer Care) to deliver strategic improvements. Provide inputs and ideas on how we can grow our key accounts. Drive adoption of omnichannel solution in the market. Qualifications At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably at a brand, e-commerce or retail Strong analytical skills, trend comparison, give insights, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Must be comfortable to do presentation to clients F2F or virtual. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Well-spoken, organized, analytical, meticulous and driven.
