HR Manager

Pag-asa Steel Works, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, controlling and supervising work activities related to personnel employment, development, employee relations, communications, wage and salary administration. The manager will also monitor personnel movements and benefits administration for conformity with established policies and practices and for proper documentation and action.

  • College Graduate preferably in Psychology or BusinessAdministration or Law
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years experience in personnel work, two (2) years of which in a managerial capacity

HR Assistant (Employee Relations)

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Posesses positive attitude.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Will be handling Employee and Labor relations
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Manages operations and ensures that KPIs within his assigned unit are met– Sales , Profitability, QSC (Operational Excellence), Cash, Controls and Process Management. Providing tools and directions, coaching and assistance to Shop Team. Reviews key factors affecting profitability such as: Food Cost, Labor Cost, Spoilages, Utilities.
