Positioned within the Digital Department of an integrated resort, the role ensures brand consistency and audience engagement across hotel, gaming, retail, and F&B. It also involves close collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and departments like Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, and Creative.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the resort’s digital content strategy across social, paid, and owned platformsManage full content lifecycle—planning, production, and distribution for campaigns and always-on effortsEnsure brand-aligned messaging across all digital touchpoints and business unitsOversee influencer marketing, including sourcing, contracting, and performance trackingAlign content initiatives with paid media, web, and CRM strategiesCoordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content development and campaign rolloutTrack and analyze content performance to drive optimization and platform relevanceAct as main digital content partner for cross-functional and multi-departmental initiativesRequirements QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fieldMinimum of 10–12 years of solid experience in digital marketing, with focus on content strategy, social media, paid media, and influencer managementProven success in leading large-scale digital campaigns and multi-channel content executionStrong background in influencer sourcing, contract handling, and performance trackingSkilled in aligning digital content with CRM, paid media, web, and brand objectivesExperienced in managing agency partnerships and cross-functional coordinationProficient in using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CMS tools, and content planning platformsStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsData-focused with ability to turn insights into actionable content strategiesBackground in hospitality, integrated resorts, or premium consumer brands is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
