We help people succeed in their goals and we would love for you to be a part of this amazing growth and help our team keep exceeding expectations What you’ll do As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will enhance lead generation outcomes by optimizing campaign strategies, targeting, and performance to attract high‑quality leads. The role also involves overseeing SEO, paid advertising, digital analytics, graphic design for ads, and general marketing support while working closely with the Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team to execute and refine the overall marketing strategy. SEO Management Conduct keyword research and monitor competitor keywords to identify opportunities to improve organic growth Implement on‑page and technical SEO improvements to enhance search visibility and website performance Write and optimize blog posts and web content in line with SEO best practices and company strategy Build high‑quality backlinks and optimize internal linking structures Track, analyze, and report on keyword rankings, traffic trends, and SEO performance Stay current on industry changes, including search engine algorithms, and adapt strategies accordingly Research and recommend new opportunities for content discovery, optimization and keyword targeting Digital Advertising & Campaign Management Oversee planning, building, management, and optimizations for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms as required Implement effective keyword strategies and utilize negative keywords Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure effective audience targeting and retargeting strategies Produce regular reports detailing performance, trends, and recommendations Monitor digital trends and audience insights relevant to company objectives and assist in research, development and implementation of new initiatives Research & Insights Analyze user behavior and website performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates Stay up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and SEO tools Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support campaign and strategy development Strategy & General Marketing Activity Work with the Marketing Manager and Web Developer to implement website changes in line with content and SEO strategy Design and produce digital assets (static and video) for ads, social posts, emails and other marketing materials Contribute to the management and execution of the content plan, including copy and design of social posts and emails Assist with creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers and presentations Assist the sales team with sales proposals and drawings Maintain social media pages (including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) Support the execution of the marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager Required qualifications At least 7‑10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with proven success managing Google Ads and SEO for B2B businesses Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaign management Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush (or similar SEO tools) and Microsoft Clarity Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaign management, social, email and analytics) Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and on‑page/technical optimization Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent written communication skills for content creation and optimization Competence in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for creating digital assets Work arrangements Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT Work setup: On‑site Office location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City Benefits Competitive salary & benefits: rewards for expertise and dedication Career growth & development: work alongside international clients and gain valuable experience Work‑life balance: innovative activities, open communication channels, and commitment to inclusivity make every day rewarding Collaborative & supportive environment: part of a passionate team that values innovation and teamwork Your seat awaits Be part of our thriving team and CLICK APPLY #J-18808-Ljbffr
