Responsibilities & Skills Enforce SEO best practices and assist in the implementation of on page, technical and off page SEO on the company website Conduct keyword research to determine the optimal use of words and phrases to drive traffic from search engines to our website Gather data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other platforms, to produce regular reports, and provide insights and recommendations so that website performance is optimal "Define requirements for adjustments to web page templates and structure as needed." Partner with other Marketing Operations roles to manage the data, processes, and systems to make the Marketing engine as efficient as possible. Provide quarterly/monthly reports and analysis to Marketing Leadership Engage with external agencies and partners to drive campaign performance when required Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging digital assets Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and improvements Be a change agent. Identify key pain points across marketing, engage with a team of subject matter experts to address pain root causes and deliver sustainable solutions Qualifications BS/MS in Marketing, Communications, or related field At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools Web Analytics: Google Analytics SEO Tools: Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog Content Management System / HTML knowledge is a plus Paid Advertising Platforms: Google Ads Data Visualization Tools: Looker Studio Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies Thorough understanding of web design and site structures Understanding technological or semiconductor business is a plus Sitecore CMS experience is a plus Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus Must possess independent problem-solving skills Must be able to drive projects and lead a discussion Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups Must be detail oriented with strong customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
