We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Content Development) to join our growing team Basic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field Focuses on Content Development to drive brand messaging and engagement across multiple channels Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Requires strategic thinking, creativity, and strong leadership in managing content initiatives that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports marketing campaigns and brand positioning. Oversee creation of high-quality content for web, social media, email, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales) to ensure consistent messaging. Monitor content performance and optimize-based on analytics and audience insights. Skills & Expertise in Content Development: Content Strategy: Ability to plan and structure content to meet audience needs and business goals. Editorial Planning: Create calendars, manage workflows, and maintain brand voice consistency. SEO Integration: Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and engagement. Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. Multi-Channel Adaptation: Tailor content for different platforms (blogs, social media, email).
