Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the technical team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating technical documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing databases, project files, and system records.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track the progress of technical projects and tasks.
  • Prepare and manage purchase requisitions, inventory records, and equipment logs.
  • Monitor support tickets, track issue resolution progress, and escalate as necessary.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with IT for resolutions of technical issues.
  • Create and update user manuals, technical guides, and internal SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and data accuracy across all documents and reports.
  • Assist in onboarding new technical staff by preparing system access, tools, and initial documentation.
  • Provide support in quality assurance processes and audits when needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or technical support role (at least 1–2 years preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zendesk) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and technical workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
