Skills and Competencies: Project implementation, mentorship, engineering and operations management, financial acumen, presentation and problem-solving skills, business and interpersonal acumen. Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project planning, execution, and completion; manage budgets; lead teams; ensure compliance with safety regulations. Working Conditions: Primarily on-site in various construction environments; may require extended hours and adaptability to changing conditions.
