Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage all project sites vis-a-vis project engineers, and contractors
  • Manage project schedules and reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
  • Lead and mentor project engineers/staff
  • Resolve issues and implement best practices
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress.
  • Resolve issues and mitigate risks proactively.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Over 10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Project implementation, mentorship, engineering and operations management, financial acumen, presentation and problem-solving skills, business and interpersonal acumen.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project planning, execution, and completion; manage budgets; lead teams; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily on-site in various construction environments; may require extended hours and adaptability to changing conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, and exceptional organizational skills.
