About the role

Joeun Partners International, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager I MEPF Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is integral to the success of our construction projects in the Pasig City Metro Manila area. As a Construction Manager I MEPF Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEPF) systems for our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within project timelines.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the installation, testing and commissioning of MEPF systems on construction projects
  2. Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  3. Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates to the project management team
  4. Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction
  5. Ensure all MEPF work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our construction processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) or a related field
  2. Professional Registration Certificate (PRC) licence is required for this position
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or MEPF Engineer in the construction industry
  4. Proven MEPF engineering experience specifically in commercial construction projects
  5. Strong technical knowledge of MEPF systems, including design, installation and troubleshooting
  6. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills
  7. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  8. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
  9. Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
  10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example
