Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and budgetary requirements. Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and delivery speed. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements for the company. Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring on-time procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to maintain strong vendor relationships. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely procurement of necessary resources. Stay informed about market trends, new products, and industry best practices to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Analyze procurement data and prepare reports to track key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and support decision-making. Manage inventory levels and optimize stock levels to minimize excess inventory and reduce costs. Performs other tasks or special projects related to assigned role and position. Qualifications: Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Having a Master's degree is a plus. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus. With proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Procurement Manager in the construction industry or related field. With knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry trends. With strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Has the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must be willing to report onsite.
