
Customer Service Representative – Chat Support

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our Chat Support Team in the Shipping and Logistics industry. This is a pure non-voice role , perfect for individuals with strong written communication skills who are eager to start a rewarding career in a fast-paced, growing industry.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via live chat, focusing on shipping and logistics services.
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, shipping concerns, and general inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments for smooth coordination and customer resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with company services, shipping protocols, and process changes.
- College Graduate (courses in Finance and Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing are a plus )
- No BPO experience required – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent written communication and comprehension skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating customer service platforms and tools.
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetown, Libis, Quezon City
- Can start ASAP
- Basic salary up to PHP 18,000
- Additional PHP 2,000 non-taxable allowance
- Day 1 HMO coverage with 2 dependents
