Job Description
  • Lead the analytics team in designing and implementing data models, dashboards, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key metrics and translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
  • Analyze complex healthcare datasets to uncover trends and support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation techniques.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and findings.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the department.
  • Partner with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics tools.
  • Present data insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Lead Data Analyst Should Have
  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics tools and platforms, such as SQL, Python, or Tableau.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare datasets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data in simple terms.
  • A proactive approach to identifying trends and driving data-driven strategies.
