As a Data Validation Analyst, you will monitor, validate, and analyze retail data to ensure accuracy and reliability. From identifying anomalies to adjusting reports, you'll play a critical role in delivering precise insights that guide client decisions worldwide.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Open to fresh graduates and no relevant experience
• Exceptional English communication skills - both spoken and written
• Keen attention to detail
• Very strong data analytical skills
• Knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts and equations is an advantage
• Good understanding of MS Excel and Access
• Highly trainable and can follow specific instructions required to yield accurate output
• Highly organized and understands the importance of documenting progress
• With a "CAN-DO" attitude
• Can work in a team environment
• Amenable to observing shifting schedules as needed

Your Daily Tasks

• Validate and analyze data collected from retail locations worldwide.
• Investigate anomalies using pattern recognition software, customer research, or engineer coordination.
• Raise and monitor service requests for equipment issues and adjust data to ensure accurate client reports.
• Keep detailed documentation of data changes and reasons for adjustments.
• Assist in setting up new locations in the database.
• Respond to customer queries related to their data.
