Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and preparation of internal and external documents.
  • Serve as a simultaneous interpreter and written translator across English, Tagalog, and Mandarin, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all business communications and meetings.
  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders across various industries and geographies.
  • Represent the executive professionally in verbal and written communication with both local and international counterparts.
  • Accompany the executive to business functions as required, assisting with interpretation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct background research and prepare briefing materials to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters related to the executive.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of executive-level support experience in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Full professional fluency in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin , with proven translation and interpretation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple business contexts and cultural settings.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
