Overview Trade Settlement & Confirmation Operations - Branch Operations Analyst (Mandarin Speaking) - Sr. Analyst. Location: Manila, Philippines. Corporate Title: Senior Analyst. Job Summary: The role supports OTC Derivatives and Foreign Exchange business, ensuring that each derivative transaction is affirmed, confirmed and the documentation executed accurately and in a timely manner, thereby managing internal risk. The candidate will interact with Trading, Sales, Finance, Middle Office, legal and compliance and external clients to support the product mix, while observing local regulatory requirements and client-specific needs. Your Key Responsibilities Validate trade booking against term sheet for Vanilla/Exotic Derivatives and Complex structures Draft and check Vanilla/Exotic Derivatives and Complex structures confirmations with understanding of ISDA and products Check clients’ format of incoming confirmations for Exotic Derivatives and Complex structures Administer confirmation documentation templates for a variety of FX & Derivative Products Ensure processing control procedures are adhered to at all times Draft and check Credit Terms Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation Produce MIS reports Perform system testing as required Skills and Experience Strong analytical and problem solving skills Attention to details High initiative; able to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment under pressure Awareness of risk controls Understanding of the trade life cycle Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance or related field; knowledge of Investment Bank or Commercial Bank, preferably in FX and Derivatives Highly motivated, self-managed and proactive Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) Ability to understand business requirements and deliver with high productivity What We’ll Offer You Competitive salary Attractive retirement benefits Medical and life insurance on employment 20 days annual vacation How We’ll Support You Training and development to help you excel in your career Coaching and support from experts in your team Culture of continuous learning to aid progression About Us And Our Teams Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network.
