Engineering Manager

Clean Fuel is looking for ENGINEERING MANAGER who will:

  • Direct and assess the daily operations of Cleanfuel’s Engineering Team
  • Plan and supervise a complete construction of Cleanfuel refill station (Civil, Electrical, Sanitary, and Mechanical Works) from start to finish
  • Oversee Cleanfuels’ mechanical and general maintenance teams ensuring that all maintenance works are administered without delays or backlogs
  • Oversee mechanical construction works that include project implementation and coordination with General Contractor and/or with Mechanical Contractors and Engineers
  • Coordinate, assess and oversee all third-party specialty contractors (signage, glass works, air conditioning, etc.)
  • Oversee/coordinate with Cleanfuels’ Leasing Department on rentable units concerns

What you bring to the table

  • Possess a degree in Engineering
  • Board passer (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills

Must haves

  • Proficiency in all construction methodologies and demonstrate superior teamwork and leadership abilities
  • With proven experience of five years (5) as Engineering head/manager

Jr. Project Manager

Job Description

  • The main role is to support and work with Project Managers, Business Development Manager, and Network Director in delivering aspiration of active and profitable Chatime stores.
  • Supplement PM and BD team in securing potential store details such as store blowup plan, potential store layout dimensions, coordinates for space planning, market drivers (foot traffic, competitors), and sketching store layout with suggested storefront based on traffic analysis.
  • Coordinate with operations on initial fit-out planning and obtain feedback
  • Coordinate with lessors from site acquisition to maintenance
  • Coordinate with purchaser for project needs; monitor budget with purchaser
  • Coordinate with specialized contractors/suppliers on timelines; scheduling of installation
  • Review specs of supplier shop drawings with architect and interior designer
  • Review contractor’s quotation and provide recommendations
  • Ensure contractors finish projects within the agreed timeline based on submitted Gantt chart (supported by pictures)
  • Visit projects at milestone accomplishments (recommended 2x per week)
  • Ensure workmanship of contractors/suppliers meet Chatime standards
  • Ensure all tests are done, with supporting documents from mall and/or supplier
  • Assist in caring for and maintenance of existing sites
