Key Responsibilities Pre-Workshop Client Engagement Conduct daily call reminders for client appointments (average of 8–10 per day). Leave voicemail and send SMS reminders for unresponsive clients. Manage rescheduling requests promptly to ensure full booking capacity for each coach. Track and report no-show clients, initiating up to three follow-up calls to rebook them. Coordinate with coaches to ensure appointment schedules remain current and accurate. Post-Workshop Client Onboarding Conduct onboarding calls for new clients from the different programs. Follow structured onboarding processes within set timeframes to ensure all clients are contacted within three attempts before the next workshop cycle. Record and maintain onboarding progress using provided tracking sheets and CRM tools. Collaborate with team members to share onboarding responsibilities and meet completion targets. Administrative & Data Management Update and manage the Order Sheet and personal onboarding tracking sheets to reflect accurate client contact status. Send room emails and appointment confirmations on behalf of coaches. Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with all clients and team members. Team Collaboration & Reporting Provide daily or weekly updates on reminder calls, reschedules, and onboarding completions. Work closely with the Workshop and Operations teams to optimize communication flow and reduce client backlog. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process or communication enhancements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Reduction in no-show rates. Timely completion of all onboarding call attempts before next workshop cycle. Accuracy and completeness of client tracking sheets. Positive client feedback and confirmation rates. Adherence to daily call targets and response turnaround times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
