Insurance VA (Group Benefits Assistant) Office Beacon LLC Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone, Central Luzon, Philippines We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Virtual Assistant (Group Benefits Assistant) to provide administrative and operational support to the benefits team. The ideal candidate will handle various insurance-related tasks, including employee enrollments, terminations, audits, and profile setups using tools such as EASE and Applied EPIC. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication skills to ensure smooth processing and excellent client service. Duties and Responsibilities Submit enrollment applications and terminations to insurance carriers. Track, monitor, and process employee changes via EASE. Perform audits on employee enrollments and terminations to ensure data accuracy. Manually enter applications and updates for employees when necessary. Support the Account Manager with daily administrative tasks and requests. Assist in preparing open enrollment presentations and materials. Facilitate EASE enrollments for employees and assist in troubleshooting issues. Develop and maintain EASE profiles for assigned companies. Design and update EASE portals according to company requirements. Communicate effectively with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely completion of processes. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in insurance administration, benefits coordination, or a related role. Familiarity with group health insurance processes, including enrollments and terminations. Proficiency in using EASE , Applied EPIC , and other related insurance software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams). Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive attitude.
