About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our client's global Product Team. You'll work under the Senior Product Lead and collaborate with teams in Australia, Korea, and the Philippines.

You'll design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across the full stack. If you're confident in Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and looking to grow in areas like Docker/Kubernetes and RML, this opportunity is for you.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

• With at least 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Proven ability to deliver production-ready applications across the full stack.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Amazon S3, and GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.
• Background in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Amenable to working on-site in our Cebu office (IT Park, Cebu City)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Awareness of RML (Report Markup Language).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and modern testing frameworks.
• Exposure to Prince XML, Amazon SES, TinyMCE 7, or Heroku.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails and NodeJS.
• Build responsive, interactive interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Develop and manage PostgreSQL databases to ensure performance and scalability.
• Implement cloud storage solutions with Amazon S3 and other cloud providers.
• Collaborate via GitHub for version control, code reviews, and documentation.
• Work closely with the product team to scope, implement, and deliver features on time.
• Write automated tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise systems for performance and high availability.
• Document system architecture and contribute to ongoing technical planning.
