About the Role

We're looking for a Template Developer. Working under the Delivery Manager, you'll help create dynamic, responsive templates that power excellent user experiences.

This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of HTML and CSS experience, who has an eye for detail, enjoys bringing designs to life, and is eager to upskill in Sassy CSS (SCSS) and Prince XML.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

  • With at least 2–3 years of web developer experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Exposure to email best practices.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Amenable to working on-site in our Cebu office (IT Park, Cebu City)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Sassy CSS (SCSS), and Prince XML.
  • Knowledge of email accessibility (WCAG, EAA).
  • Hands-on with design tools: Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Build dynamic template solutions using the client's proprietary tools.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Client Success Specialists, and Managers.
  • Maintain a clean version control using GitHub.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure pixel-perfect output.
