About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer with a strong corporate marketing background to create and adapt marketing assets across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality outputs that align with brand guidelines while collaborating with internal teams and occasionally with clients.

This role involves designing client-facing creative templates as well as supporting our clients' own brand assets. It's an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

• 3+ years of corporate/marketing design experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Figma (plus familiarity with Adobe XD and Sketch).
• Experience interpreting briefs and delivering polished design outputs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, and brand-consistent design.
• Highly organised with excellent file management and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Amenable to working on-site in our Cebu office (IT Park, Cebu City).

Nice-to-Haves

• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Apple Mac OS.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral across digital and print: brochures, POS, email templates, social media graphics, web banners, presentations, infographics, sales and corporate materials.
• Resize and adapt artwork for various formats and platforms.
• Update artwork files with dynamic, responsive templates in mind.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity and creative assets.
• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and design standards.
• Review template designs for quality, consistency, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with teams and occasionally clients to refine creative requirements.
