About Dreame Dreame Technology is a leading global smart home appliance brand, specializing in high-performance cleaning devices such as robot vacuums, cordless vacuums, and wet‑dry cleaners. As part of our expansion in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (Offline) to lead and grow our presence in the Philippine offline retail market. Position Overview The Offline Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing key physical retail partners across the Philippines. This role requires hands‑on experience in managing major electronic retail chains and driving sell‑through performance. The position reports directly to Dreame’s Country Manager and the CEO of our local distributor partner, ensuring strategic alignment between global branding and local execution. Key Responsibilities Own the business relationship with major offline retail partners such as SM Appliance, Abenson, Anson’s, Robinsons Appliances, True Value, and similar home appliance/electronics retail chains. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sell‑in and sell‑out targets. Coordinate closely with the local distributor’s sales and merchandising team to ensure retail coverage, stock availability, and POS excellence. Plan and implement retail promotions, in‑store visibility campaigns, and new product launches across partner stores. Regularly visit stores, assess display execution, train frontline staff, and gather market intelligence. Track and analyze retail sales data and inventory movement, identify opportunities, and take corrective action if needed. Support internal and distributor teams with planning, reporting, and strategic discussions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in offline sales or account management within consumer electronics, home appliances, or modern retail environments. Prior experience working within or managing accounts like SM Appliance, Abenson, True Value, Robinsons, or Anson’s is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of offline retail operations including planograms, inventory flow, in‑store activations, and field execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Highly self‑motivated and results‑oriented with the ability to work independently and across teams. Fluent in English; Filipino proficiency is a plus. Nice to Have Experience working with Chinese brands or foreign principals. Background in launching new brands or products into the Philippine offline retail market. Familiarity with field team management (e.g., promoters, merchandisers, in‑store trainers).
