Offline Marketing Specialist

Role Purpose
The Offline Marketing Activation Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and managing all offline marketing assets and merchandising solutions that directly impact customer engagement and sales conversion.
This role will ensure that healthcare professionals, retail staff, and consumers are consistently engaged through impactful, easy-to-use, and brand-aligned physical marketing assets — bridging the gap between strategy (driven by our Head of Marketing) and channel execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset & Material Development
• Design and produce catalogues, brochures, order forms, promotional flyers, B2B starter packs, and B2C self-measuring kits.
• Ensure all offline materials are professional, compliant, and tailored to channel needs.
• Work closely with agencies, printers, and designers to deliver high-quality outputs on time and on budget.
- Retail Merchandising (Pharmacies)
• Create and implement POS solutions including displays, wobblers, swatches, banners, and merchandising systems (e.g. Space Saver, Complete Solution).
• Build retail displays that facilitate independent consumer purchasing while acting as a cue to retail staff, minimising the impact of staff turnover.
• Monitor in-store performance and adjust merchandising based on consumer engagement and sales results.
- Therapist Engagement (Lymphoedema/Wound)
• Develop therapist starter kits that are:
o Detailed: covering all available product options.
o Simplified: providing a clear pathway to order, refer, or direct patients.
• Map and communicate order pathways:
- Therapist orders directly and supplies the patient.
- Therapist refers product, charged directly to the patient.
- Therapist refers patient directly to the company for purchase.
- Vein Clinic Engagement
• Provide clinics with professional, reliable collateral (order/reorder forms, patient brochures, pathway guides).
• Reinforce brand reliability and ensure ordering is clear, simple, and efficient.
• Strengthen relationships by delivering offline tools that reflect fast, personalised, and trustworthy service.
- Sales Enablement
• Develop tangible sales narratives and printed sales tools to support B2B acquisition.
• Translate strategy into leave-behinds, case studies, and presentations that visualize causation, value potential, and success pathways.
• Equip the sales team with offline materials that shorten the sales cycle and win new accounts.
- Reimbursement Integration
• Produce guides and printed tools linking government/private health reimbursement options to product and channel pathways.
• Simplify rebate procsesses for pharmacies, therapists, clinics, and patients.
- Collaboration
• Work closely with the Marketing Specialist to align offline activities with digital campaigns, events, and overall brand strategy.
• Support event marketing with offline collateral (brochures, banners, sample packs).
Qualifications & Experience
• 3–5+ years in offline/trade/channel marketing within healthcare, FMCG, retail, or medical devices.
• Proven experience in POS design, merchandising rollout, and print production.
• Exposure to healthcare or regulated industries highly desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work with sales, marketing, and external vendors.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to link offline marketing to measurable sales outcomes.
