Overview We are seeking an Acumatica Consultant to support implementation, configuration, client consulting, project delivery, technical collaboration, and business development support for Acumatica ERP within MicroSourcing. Location and work setup Location: Global One, Eastwood, Libis QC, Philippines Work setup & shift: Work From Home | Nightshift What you’ll have Competitive Rewards : Above-market compensation, healthcare coverage on day one (for you and one or more dependents), paid time-off with cash conversion, group life insurance, and performance bonuses A Collaborative Spirit : Engage in a positive work environment with company-sponsored events Work-Life Harmony : Flexible work arrangements to balance work and life Career Growth : Continuous learning and career advancement opportunities Inclusive Teamwork : A diverse and inclusive culture Your role As an Acumatica Consultant, you will: Implementation & Configuration Support end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and go-live Configure core Acumatica modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, Banking), Distribution (Inventory, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders), CRM, and Manufacturing Develop workflows, automation steps, dashboards, and custom generic inquiries Translate business requirements into Acumatica solutions aligned with best practices and Lucid methodology Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and process flows Client Consulting & Relationship Management Serve as the functional consultant for assigned clients Conduct business process reviews and recommend improvements leveraging Acumatica capabilities Deliver client training sessions and provide post-implementation support Act as trusted advisor to clients, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for system optimization and cross-module efficiencies Partner with clients to ensure strong adoption and satisfaction after go-live Project Execution & Delivery Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver on scope, budget, and timeline Maintain detailed status updates and proactively communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring deliverables are understood and achieved Support data migration efforts and assist in UAT planning and execution Assist in the creation of project deliverables such as configuration documentation and training materials Technical Collaboration Provide technical support for existing clients Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and reports (GI, SQL) Understand schema relationships and basic Acumatica development concepts to effectively communicate needs to developers Validate and test customizations, ensuring alignment with business logic Stay current with Acumatica certifications and release updates Recommend internal process improvements and reusable templates for project delivery Participate in solution design sessions and contribute to practice standards and playbooks Business Development Support Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients (add-on modules, automation, and optimization projects) Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of Acumatica ERP consulting experience (implementation and support) Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field Expertise in at least two major functional areas (Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, CRM, or Projects) Acumatica certifications (Functional Consultant or Advanced certifications preferred) Strong understanding of business accounting and operations Experience with SQL queries, data migration tools, and Acumatica customization packages a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a consulting environment About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
