Property Administrator (Accounts Receivable) BGC, Taguig | Onsite Competitive salary package | HMO Day 1 coverage (plus free dependent) Why Join Us HMO Day 1 coverage for you and your dependent Permanent day shift – 6 AM to 3 PM, no night work or rotating shifts Onsite role in BGC, Taguig – 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH after training in a collaborative environment Global exposure – work with Australian property and finance teams Career development – training provided with pathways to advance in accounting and property finance operations Supportive culture – join a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement About the Role The Property Administrator (Accounts Receivable) plays a key role in managing tenant billing, lease data, and receivables to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.This role supports our Australian property client portfolio and contributes to maintaining data integrity, accurate invoicing, and minimal aged debtor balances. Key Responsibilities Manage tenant billing for rent roll (monthly and revised) Perform lease data updates in the property management system, including contact and bank guarantee information Handle receipting and allocation of payments (EFT and cheques) in accordance with company procedures Prepare tenant reconciliations to assist with debt collection Process corporate recharges , including payroll and credit card transactions Review and process refunds, write-offs, and ad hoc invoices as required About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Management Background in BPO or international company preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience supporting Australian accounts or property clients is an advantage If you’re ready to join a collaborative and high-performing finance operations team with exposure to global property clients, apply now and be part of MA Financial Group’s growing Manila office.
