  • Additional training or certification in property management or short-term rental operations is an advantage.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, Airbnb hosting, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling multiple property listings and coordinating with guests, owners, or service providers is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using Airbnb and other booking platforms (e.g., , Agoda).
  • Familiarity with property management software, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping standards, maintenance coordination, and guest relations.
