Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property management professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Establish performance metrics, conduct regular performance evaluations, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and outcomes. Customer Service Delivery (A): Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners, responding promptly to inquiries, complaints, and emergencies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, scheduling and overseeing property inspections and maintenance activities. Remarkable Customer Experience (RCX) (A): Foster positive relationships with tenants by organizing community events and activities, enhancing the overall living or working environment, and ensuring a remarkable customer experience. Implement initiatives to improve the living or working environment of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Reports (R): Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial status to stakeholders, providing transparency and insights into property management operations. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using data to inform strategic decisions and improve property management practices. Policy Making: Develop and implement property management policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices. Regularly review and update policies to ensure relevance and effectiveness, engaging stakeholders in the policy-making process to gather input and ensure buy-in. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in property management is required. Experience managing various types of properties (residential, commercial, industrial). Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven experience in residential and commercial property management. Excellent attention to detail in all tasks. Qualities and Traits: Strong client relations capabilities and a proactive approach to tenant concerns. Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, and safety regulations in property management is necessary. Interpersonal Skills, residential & commercial residential building tenant relations, good communication skills, Attention to Details, property management budgeting, financial Safety and Distribution Components, client relations are all important aspects of this role.
