Administrative Specialist/Assistant at CBD PROPERTY CONSULTANCY CORP. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and draft legal and property‑related documents, including title transfer paperwork. Coordinate the execution and notarization of legal documents. Maintain updated records and filing systems (physical and digital). Coordinate with various government offices (BIR, LGUs, Registry of Deeds, etc.) for tax clearance, business permits, and other regulatory requirements. Facilitate computation and filing of taxes and clearance certificates. Ensure compliance with local and national government processes. Handle day‑to‑day administrative functions including email, correspondence, and schedule management. Provide support in banking transactions and monitor relevant account activities. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings with internal and external parties. Assist in basic accounting, billing, and tax filing duties in coordination with the finance team. Ensure timely payment and submission of taxes, permits, and clearances. Work closely with the marketing team to support after‑sales activities including document processing, client updates, and handover coordination. Provide administrative support to sales and customer service teams as needed. Travel to government offices, client locations, or business sites to process documents or secure approvals. Prepare and draft legal documents such as deeds, contracts, affidavits. Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reports. Strong English communication skills for legal drafting and correspondence. Analytical and organizational skills for compliance tracking and record‑keeping. Time‑management skills to meet deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of accounting and tax filing (BIR compliance, financial computations). Experience in business licensing and government coordination (DTI, SEC, LGU). Experience handling banking and title transfer processing, including transactions and legal paperwork. Willingness to travel for government processing and client meetings. Preferred Experience 2+ years in admin, legal compliance, accounting, or tax filing roles.
