Overview

On-site position located in Quezon City. 1-3 years of experience preferred. Diploma required. Full-time role.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain online product pricing & plans, ensuring price changes are implemented accurately and timely.
  • Work with the eCommerce Product Manager on all aspects of the e-Shop, including sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Build, test and deploy new campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete projects; work independently on delegated tasks.
  • Manage filing system; update paperwork and maintain documents; perform word processing.
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases; perform other related tasks as assigned.
  • possess basic knowledge in Photoshop.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial operations.
  • Support training and motivation of accounting staff while supervising and delegating department tasks.
  • Oversee daily activities of the accounting department; ensure month-end and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.
  • Demonstrate Proven experience as Ecommerce Associate (1-2 years).
  • Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills; be computer literate.

  • In-depth knowledge about the products and understanding of how the company products work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; computer literate.
  • Basic knowledge in Photoshop.
Working Location
