Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to manage and grow our online stores across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. This role involves handling product listings, executing marketing campaigns, enhancing customer experience, and driving overall platform performance. Responsibilities
  • Store & Product Management: Manage and update product listings across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop; ensure accuracy of product details, pricing, and inventory availability; optimize product pages to improve visibility, ranking, and conversion rates.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement platform-specific promotional campaigns; collaborate with platform account managers for key campaign opportunities; monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Customer Engagement & Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns; manage product reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image; drive initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Growth & Content Collaboration: Create and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and sales; coordinate with TikTok influencers for branded content and product promotions; stay updated with market trends to keep the brand competitive.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates; prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights; recommend improvements based on data-driven analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency; support cross-functional initiatives to drive business goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, online sales strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Proficient in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite in New Manila, Quezon City.
  • Open to a Monday–Saturday work schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
