Junior Salesforce Site Admin (Up to ₱75,000 + WFH Setup + Free AI Certification)

In this role, your mission is to:

• Manage Salesforce users, licenses, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Perform Salesforce configuration changes: workflows, flows, approval processes, page layouts, record types, and dashboards.
• Maintain multiple Salesforce orgs, including sandbox and production environments.
• Support DevOps and release management processes.
• Ensure data quality through imports, validation, and automation (including data loader.io).
• Document processes and create technical documentation.
• Manage integrated apps such as DocuSign, Conga, Mailchimp, Survey tools, etc.
• Provide user training, resolve support tickets, and promote user adoption.
• Conduct proactive system maintenance including release updates, health checks, and security reviews.

This Role Is for You If...

Experience & Skills:

• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud).
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data management and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps and release management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
• Understanding of basic Apex/trigger code.
• Experience implementing integrated Salesforce apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

The Role at a Glance

• Compensation: Up to ₱75,000 Base Salary
• Schedule: 7 AM–4 PM PH Time, Monday–Friday
• Work Setup: Remote (Work From Home)
