What you' ll do

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Design, build, deliver and test tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.

  • Data and reporting: Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.

  • User Training & Support: Drive platform proficiency through training, documentation, and hands-on support.

  • Platform Management & Optimization: Stay ahead by monitoring updates and optimising business processes.

  • Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.

  • Manage the Salesforce Release Process: Hands-on deployment of changes across environments, including sandbox refreshes, data migration, and metadata deployment.

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion feedback, agile approach, and collaborative remote teamwork to foster growth and resilience. Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business.


What you Bring

  • Salesforce Expertise: Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration with 3rd Party apps, customisation, code based & declarative tools.

  • Problem Solver: Comfortable tackling ambiguity, solving problems creatively, and delivering valuable solutions.

  • Collaboration Mindset: Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams, balancing technical needs with business priorities.

  • CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and integrations.

  • Platform Health & Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance, data quality, and integration health—using tools and logs to identify issues before they become problems.
