Overview We are looking for a Machine Salesman who will be responsible for driving the growth of our used equipment and used parts business by building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers through on-site and phone-based lead generation and solicitation. Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable equipment solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring compliance with internal company policies. Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely equipment availability and delivery. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and strategic account management. Maintain accurate records of agreements, sales activities, and customer interactions. Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry, industrial or automotive. Education : Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Management or a related field is preferred. Skills and competencies : Knowledge of PDCA concepts, Root Cause Analysis Tools, and Action Planning is highly desirable Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
