Job Description

Air Freight Pricing And Logistics Coordinator (multiple postings consolidated in one listing)

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support, Coordination & Vendor Relationships – coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) and vendors to source pricing and freight information to secure pricing to close business. Provide pricing direction and tactical assistance to close new business, service existing business, and maximize value to clients while coordinating with salespeople to maximize profit and consider client priorities, feedback, competition and market environments.
  • Account Management – ensure best-in-class service levels and client communication, including updates on order status, pre-shipments advices, shipment notifications, document copies and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Order Booking and Documentation – generate and manage documentation to support orders and shipping procedures, including shipping advices, debit/credit notes, export documentation and legalization documents.
  • Client relationships, regulatory compliance and documentation coordination across import/export operations as required by role.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates in Customs Administration or related fields; BS Customs Administration, BSBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience (entry to mid level) for some postings; 5+ years for senior roles (document-focused) per listing.
  • Willing to work in Taguig City / Malate/ Binondo or Alabang locations as specified in postings.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, freight forwarding/documentation systems) and strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and in shifting schedules as required.
