Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Management Lead to join our new build team. The role involves creating, overseeing, and enhancing quality management standards across multiple HR functions. The Quality Management Lead will play a critical role in establishing controls and governance to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes, aligning with organizational goals and best practices. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Control Develop, implement, and monitor quality management standards for HR processes across operations. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with HR processes, policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Identify areas for improvement in HR operations, recommend solutions locally and globally, ensure corrective actions are requested and executed within the designated timeframe, and verify operational improvements are implemented. Process Improvements Analyze HR processes to identify inefficiencies or incorrect implementations and suggest improvements to optimize performance. Collaborate with HR teams to document and implement streamlined workflows and quality control measures. Establish metrics to measure HR operational effectiveness and track progress over time. Compliance Management Ensure HR practices adhere to labor laws, audit standards, data protection regulations, and internal policies. Provide guidance and training to HR staff on maintaining compliance and improving process quality. Reporting and Documentation Prepare detailed reports on quality management findings, audit results, issues, and improvement plans for senior management. Maintain updated documentation for HR processes, policies, and quality standards. Track and report key performance indicators to monitor HR function effectiveness. Training and Development Identify training needs in collaboration with HR teams and support team development. Facilitate training sessions to raise awareness of quality standards and best practices among staff. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in quality assurance and process improvement within HR functions. GJA 16/17 certification and minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR systems, quality management tools, and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and influencing change. Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO Quality Management, or HR certifications are advantageous.
