Job Description The responsibilities of the Global HR Process Manager are: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global HR processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all countries. Drive end-to-end process standardization and digital transformation within key HR domains such as onboarding, talent management, performance, and employee data management. Partner with global and regional HR leaders to identify process gaps, define best practices, and establish governance frameworks for sustainable improvement. Manage and coordinate cross-functional HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of outcomes. Develop and implement process metrics and dashboards to monitor effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with HR technology teams to align process design with system capabilities and enhance user experience through automation and digital tools. Act as a change champion, driving adoption of new global HR standards, fostering collaboration across regions, and embedding a mindset of continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant A successful Global HR Process Manager should have: Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification is required, with demonstrated experience applying process improvement and problem-solving methodologies in HR or business operations. Proven experience in managing and improving global or regional HR processes, with strong understanding of HR operations, systems, and governance frameworks. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leadership. Excellent analytical, data-driven, and change management abilities, able to identify root causes and deliver measurable process improvements. Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement, digital transformation, and enhancing employee experience within the HR function.
