Job Overview

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
  • Prepare and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for telecom systems
  • Ensure proper document control and traceability of all telecom installations
  • Supervise and coordinate inspections of structured cabling, telecom equipment
    installation, and fiber testing (e.g., OTDR, Power Meter)
  • Witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs and FITs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs)
  • Conduct internal and supplier audits
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Issue and track NCRs and support root cause investigations
  • Conduct training on quality standards and processes
  • Prepare and submit quality reports, KPIs, and dashboards

What our Client is Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years experience in a telecommunications project

Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field Understanding of railway telecom systems (e.g., GSM-R, CCTV, PA, UPS andBattery, Voice and Data, DAS, Access Point, Fiber Optic Cable,Masterclock, Cybersecurity, etc.) Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber optics, data networks, and radiocommunication systems. Familiar with ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Familiar with railway-specific standards (e.g., EN50126, EN50128, EN50129) Familiar with local/national telecom and safety regulations. Proficiency in audits, non-conformance reports (NCR), corrective/preventive
actions (CAPA). Familiar with quality documentation like ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans),
checklists, and method statements. MS Office, AutoCAD (basic review), document control platforms (like Aconex,
Procore). QMS and audit tools.
