Job Overview

This role involves administrative activities to support our TSQC Team to ensure the highest standards of quality in our audit and assurance services, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and adhering with technical and ethical standards.

Job Overview
P&A Grant Thornton is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to join our Firm’s Technical Standards and Quality Control (TSQC) Team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of any accounting-related course with (EMOJI:31)-(EMOJI:32) years of experience, preferably at the junior or senior level. This role involves administrative activities to support our TSQC Team to ensure the highest standards of quality in our audit and assurance services, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and adhering with technical and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze data related to engagement performance in audit and assurance division
  • Data research and information analysis related to audit quality monitoring and technical standards
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Project Management
  • Monitor TSQC projects aimed at improving administrative functions
  • Coordinate with various groups or divisions to implement changes and improvements
  • Monitor TSQC project progress and report on outcomes
Reporting And Documentation
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on analysis
  • Document findings, recommendations, and action plans
  • Maintain accurate records of analysis and improvements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related courses
Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
Experience: (EMOJI:31)-(EMOJI:32) years of audit or accounting work experience, preferably at the junior or senior level in a reputable audit firm.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with technical and quality control standards is a plus.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with audit teams and other stakeholders. Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Seniority level
