About the role
As the Quality Assurance Head at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our manufacturing operations. Based in Valenzuela Plant, this full-time position will see you lead a team of quality professionals to drive continuous improvement and exceptional product quality.

What you'll be doing

  • Establishing and implementing quality control systems, policies and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements

  • Overseeing the inspection and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products to identify and resolve quality issues

  • Analyzing quality data and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with production, engineering and procurement teams to drive quality improvements

  • Implementing and maintaining quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, to ensure regulatory compliance

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of quality assurance professionals

  • Driving a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement across the organization

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing or packaging industries

  • Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related technical field

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining quality management systems and driving continuous improvement

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quality data and make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of quality professionals

  • Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, GMP and HACCP
