Job Title : BDC Sales Representative Department : BDC Operations Reports To : Team Manager Location : Alabang (On-site), Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines Position Summary The BDC Sales Representative at Pinnacle Intelligence is a vital role responsible for driving sales opportunities and enhancing customer engagement for our automotive dealership clients. The focus is on handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and online chat to qualify leads, provide initial product information, nurture prospect relationships, and set appointments for the dealership's sales teams. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Nurturing Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries (phone calls, emails, web leads, chat messages) from potential automotive customers. Initiate proactive outbound calls and communications to follow up on leads, re‑engage dormant prospects, and generate new interest. Qualify leads to determine customer needs, budget, and readiness to purchase, ensuring high‑quality appointments for dealership sales teams. Provide accurate and compelling information about vehicles, services, and dealership promotions to generate customer interest. Appointment Setting & Confirmation Skillfully set appointments for customers to visit the dealership or connect with a sales consultant, overcoming objections and confirming details. Send timely appointment confirmations and reminders to customers via their preferred communication channel. Customer Communication & Relationship Building Maintain exceptional customer service standards throughout all interactions, ensuring a positive and professional brand image. Build rapport with prospective customers, address inquiries, and guide them through the initial stages of the sales process. Document all customer interactions, communications, and lead statuses accurately in the CRM system. Sales Support & Collaboration Work closely with dealership sales teams, providing them with detailed lead information and appointment specifics. Collaborate with internal BDC and Operations teams to optimize lead handling processes and share best practices. Provide feedback on lead quality, common customer inquiries, and market trends to enhance overall sales strategy. Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of various vehicle makes, models, features, and dealership services offered by our clients. Continuously improve sales and communication techniques through ongoing training and coaching. Performance & Reporting Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, contact rates, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM and other internal systems to track individual performance and contribute to team reporting. Skills & Qualifications Required Minimum of 1–2 years in a BDC, call center sales, telemarketing, or customer service role, preferably in a high‑volume environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, confident, and persuasive phone presence. Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building rapport. Ability to identify customer needs, generate interest, handle objections, and guide conversations toward appointment setting. Proficiency with CRM or Dealer Management systems (e.g., Tekion, Salesforce, HubSpot, DealerSocket), phone systems, and internet‑based communication tools. Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize follow‑ups, and maintain accurate records. Results‑oriented attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic sales support environment. Preferred Experience in the automotive industry (dealership experience, automotive BDC). Familiarity with various automotive brands and vehicle types. Amenability Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a fixed weekday night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (shifting schedule), with weekends off.
