With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor innovation, we bring that purpose to life across every part of the business—from breakthrough product development and customer success to how we show up for each other and the communities we serve.**What You'll Do*** Review, evaluate, and respond to inbound requests from prospects and customers.* Provide initial product or service information and support in a professional and courteous manner, leveraging our AI tools and our technical teams.* Assess the potential of each inquiry and qualify leads based on customer needs, potential revenues and markets.* Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and ensure smooth handover or collaboration with relevant account managers.* Proactively follow up with prospects to nurture interest and advance opportunities using sales productivity tools in our CRM..* Maintain accurate records of all communications and lead progress in the CRM system.* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed effectively.* Identify patterns in incoming requests to help refine lead generation strategies and improve the webform-to-sales process.* Suggest process improvements for more efficient handling of leads and inquiries.**What You Will Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.* 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or business development.* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are highly desirable).* Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.* Commercial mindset with the ability to recognize and qualify sales opportunities.* Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.* Experience in the microelectronics, semiconductors, or high-tech B2B industry.* Familiarity with global sales processes and working across regions and time zones.* Proven track record of lead qualification and conversion in a technical or industrial sales environmentJoin Allegro and become part of a team where your contributions truly matter.We foster a culture of **Real Innovation**, empowering you to push boundaries, develop cutting-edge solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
