Provide the related new staff training for newcomers like working methodology, detailed working instruction, etc. Complies with and supports the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and procedures. Coordinate with other functions to meet customer and corporate requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Working verbal and written English communication skills Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership skills Ability to interpret engineering drawings (3-D) Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database software Educational/Certification Requirement Associate degree in Manufacturing Technologies / work experience Experience Requirement 2+ years related experience in high-technology manufacturing, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry Physical Demands and Working Conditions Physical Demands and Working Conditions: This section is required for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
