Overview

Assistant Business Process Manager role located in Pasig. The position conducts internal audit work, prepares audit reports, performs compliance testing and helps identify/assess company risks. Evaluates existing business processes and recommends improvements to workflows and internal work processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of audit reviews on the quality and effectiveness of internal control.
  • Assist in the performance of investigative audits relevant to fraud and other operational issues as they arise.
  • Assist in the performance of risk assessment and formulation of risk responses (entity and process level).
  • Assist in the performance of compliance, operations and financial audits.
  • Document control processes and methodologies based on the results of testing performed.
  • Conduct field work according to the audit plan.
  • Prepare audit reports.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of working experience in internal or external auditing.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • High level of integrity and ability to work as a team player.
  • Experience with information systems audit and exposure in HMO is an advantage but not required.
  • Actual risk assessment experience is desired but not required.
  • Above average communication, report writing and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Amenable to work across Estancia Mall.
  • Willing to start immediately.

Schedule & Location
  • 8 hour shift.
  • Location: Pasig City. Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred).
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Experience
  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred).
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred).
